FollowersIG (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides social-media growth and engagement services (the “Services”), including but not limited to followers, likes, views, comments, impressions, and watch time across supported platforms. The Services are delivered through lawful, platform-safe methods and are intended for personal, non-commercial use as described in our Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility
You may use the Services only if doing so is lawful in your jurisdiction and you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If local laws prohibit buying or selling social signals, you may not use our Services.
3. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of links, usernames, and public visibility settings required to fulfill your order.
- Do not change usernames, make the profile private, or delete content while an order is in progress; doing so may delay or void delivery.
- We will never ask for your password. Never share account credentials with anyone claiming to represent us.
4. Ordering & Delivery
- Delivery typically begins within minutes after successful payment and correct submission of details. Actual pace varies by service type, platform constraints, and current queue.
- Large packages may be delivered gradually to support authenticity and platform safety.
- If an order is queued or paused due to platform rate limits, profile privacy, username change, or content removal, we will resume once conditions allow.
5. Quality & Refill Policy
- We aim to provide real, active engagement where advertised. Because social platforms routinely remove inauthentic or inactive accounts, fluctuations can occur.
- If your delivered metrics drop below the delivered amount within 15 days of completion (service-dependent), you may request a one-time refill where applicable. Refill eligibility excludes accounts made private, renamed, banned, or content that was deleted.
- Refills are not guaranteed and depend on service type and current availability.
6. Service Levels & Uptime
We strive for high availability; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific delivery timelines. Platform algorithm changes, API limitations, and third-party outages may impact speed and continuity.
7. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the Services to mislead, defraud, impersonate, harass, or conduct illegal activity.
- Automated scraping, reverse engineering, or interfering with our infrastructure is prohibited.
- Bulk reselling, white-labeling, or commercial exploitation of the Services is prohibited unless you have our prior written consent.
8. Platform Compliance
You are solely responsible for complying with the terms, guidelines, and policies of each social platform. We are not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, or any other network and cannot guarantee platform-specific outcomes.
9. Pricing & Taxes
Prices may change without prior notice. Taxes, duties, or fees (if applicable) are your responsibility and will be added at checkout where required.
10. Payments & Chargebacks
- All payments are processed securely using SSL encryption via approved gateways.
- By purchasing, you confirm authorization to use the selected payment method and understanding of the order details.
- Fraudulent disputes or chargebacks may result in account suspension, order cancellation, IP bans, and data resets. Please contact support before initiating a dispute.
11. Cancellations & Refunds
- Due to the nature of digital delivery, refunds are generally not available. See our Refund Policy for details.
- Orders already in progress cannot be canceled. If an order cannot be fulfilled due to our fault, we may issue a credit or partial remedy at our discretion.
12. Delays & Changes

16. Risk Disclosure
Use of social-media enhancement services carries inherent risks, including potential metric adjustments, limited reach, or account restrictions imposed by platforms. You assume all risk associated with using the Services.
17. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services, with or without notice, for violations of this policy, suspected fraud, chargebacks, abuse, illegal activity, or to protect service integrity and user safety.
18. Policy Changes
We may update this Service Policy to reflect operational, legal, or technical changes. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
