FollowerIG sells digital social media growth services. Once an order is paid for, it can move into processing very quickly, sometimes within minutes. For that reason, refunds are not handled like a normal product return. We review each request based on the order status, the service purchased, the delivery record, and the issue reported by the customer.
1. When a Refund May Be Considered
We may review a refund request when there is a genuine order or payment issue. Common examples include:
- You were charged twice for the same order or the same payment was created by mistake.
- A confirmed technical issue on our side prevented the service from being started or delivered.
- You contacted us before the order moved into processing and asked to cancel it.
- The wrong package was selected and the order has not yet been started.
- A service becomes unavailable after payment and we cannot offer a suitable alternative.
When possible, we first try to fix the issue, update the order, or offer a suitable replacement. A refund is considered when the issue cannot reasonably be corrected.
2. Partial Refunds
Some orders are delivered in stages. For example, a large followers, likes, views, or engagement package may be processed gradually instead of all at once. If part of the order has already been completed, only the undelivered part may be eligible for review.
Partial refunds are calculated after checking the service progress, the quantity delivered, provider records, and any manual updates made by our team.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
A refund is normally not available in situations where the order was placed correctly and work has already started or been completed. This may include:
- The order has already been delivered fully or substantially delivered.
- The profile, post, video, page, or link was made private, deleted, restricted, renamed, or changed after ordering.
- The customer entered the wrong username, URL, post link, video link, or other required order detail.
- The customer expected sales, monetization, ranking, viral reach, or guaranteed organic engagement from the service.
- Results changed later because of platform actions, algorithm updates, account settings, or content removal.
- The customer opened a payment dispute before giving our support team a chance to review the order.
Social media platforms are controlled by their own rules and systems. FollowerIG can support the service purchased, but we cannot guarantee how any platform will rank, recommend, monetize, or treat a profile after delivery.
4. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, we will usually return the payment through the original payment method where it is available. After we process it, the time it takes to appear in your account depends on the payment provider, card issuer, bank, or wallet.
Approved refunds generally appear within 7 to 10 business days, although some providers may take longer.
5. How to Request a Review
To request a refund review, contact FollowerIG support with your order number, payment email, service name, and a clear explanation of what went wrong. Screenshots or links can help us review the issue faster.
