FollowerIG provides digital services. Because digital services may begin processing shortly after purchase, refunds are not automatic and are only granted where justified after review.
1. When a Refund May Be Considered
A refund request may be reviewed in cases such as:
- A duplicate charge or duplicate order payment for the same purchase.
- A verified internal technical issue that prevents us from delivering the purchased service.
- A cancellation request submitted before the order has started processing.
- A partially completed order where the remaining undelivered portion cannot be fulfilled.
2. Partial Refunds
If an order has been partially delivered, FollowerIG may consider a partial refund for the undelivered portion only, where appropriate.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will generally not be provided in the following situations:
- The order has already been started, processed, or completed successfully.
- Incorrect usernames, links, handles, or other required order details were submitted by the customer.
- The customer changes their mind after processing has started.
- The account, page, or content was changed, removed, restricted, renamed, or made private after purchase in a way that affects delivery.
- Results fluctuate due to actions taken by third-party platforms outside our direct control.
- A chargeback is filed before first contacting our support team for review.
4. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will usually be sent back through the original payment method where possible. Processing times vary by payment processor and bank, but approved refunds generally appear within 7 to 10 business days.
